P2 Science Hires Plant Superintendent

Brian Rowland joins P2 to manage the Naugatuck,CT Manufacturing Plant

Woodbridge, Conn. – May 21, 2018 – P2 Science Inc., a venture-backed, biorenewable chemistry company, today announced that Brian Rowland has joined the company with responsibility for the Naugatuck manufacturing plant operations and reporting directly to Operations Manager, Ed Ogle.

The company is currently building its first manufacturing plant in Naugatuck, CT. The plant will be in commercial production in Q4 of 2018 with initial sales targeted at the flavor & fragrance and cosmetics industries.

Brian comes to P2 with significant experience gained at Colgate where he held positions in South Africa, Malaysia and the USA. His positions there included EH&S worldwide director and director manufacturing and supply chain for various global regions. Brian’s experience also includes time as general works manager at Unilever in South Africa. He started his career at Sasol.
